Guilty Pleasures

I have something I need to admit to you all.  In the eyes of many pizza nuts this is complete and total sacrilege.  Pizzaiolo (which I reviewed the other day) makes a pie called the ‘Deep Dish Godfather’.  It’s not deep dish so much as it just has a really thick crust.  It’s got bacon, Italian sausage, dry cured pepperoni and mozzarella.  Obviously, this isn’t the bad part.  What may be seen by some as blasphemous (even to myself, honestly) is that I like to throw a quick swirl of… *gulp*… BBQ sauce on my Godfather slice.  I know, I know!  But give it a try, then judge me.
